Curborough Track
The track is a permanent, predominantly flat course designed specifically for sprints and hillclimbs. It is widely considered a “technical” venue where car handling and driver skill take precedence over raw horsepower.
- Configurations: The circuit offers three distinct layouts:
- Single Lap: 831 metres
- Double Lap: 1,447 metres
- Figure of 8: 1,467 metres (crosses over in the middle)
- Track Width: Consistently 4.75 metres (15 feet) across all layouts.
- Key Features: Includes fast straights and challenging technical sections like the “Esses” and the sharp “Barn Corner” before the finish line.
- Usage: The course is designed for one car at a time at
2019 event
