In reply to your post, Miles Hood is kindly organising this show. I have resigned as Group Leader for Mid southern Counties Group, so miles is organising the Basingstoke Show for this year.
The show date is now August 22nd, the last update I had from them is that they are still planning to hold it then, despite Covid 19.
