You may well have noticed our new logo on the header and the name change to 'Peugeot Sport club UK'. Before any of you start fretting, this doesn’t mean we are no longer ‘Official’, and in fact the reason for the change is our increased contact and association with the UK head office.

Over the course of many months we have been building a better relationship with our contacts at Pinley house resulting in a few meetings with the UK marketing director during 2010. In the discussions that followed we were asked to align ourselves more closely, and this was centred on some exciting products that Peugeot have in the pipeline, and their wish to work with us for the good of us all: so how could we refuse an offer like that? The result was us having to use the corporate logo that is used by Peugeot sport, which has been provided by them and adapted for the club, so there is certainly no question of us ever being sued for unofficial use of the Peugeot brand name!

We are still working to increase the benefits of what this means to you the member and in the meantime we have secured agreement to help fund the change of logo to the clubs stationery, banners etc. We are looking forward to a time of growth for the club, with assistance from Peugeot UK, and with some of the exciting products being spoken of, we have great hopes to get us back to where we were in the nineties which is probably our best membership numbers.

As it is, our numbers have been building steadily, and we are pleased to welcome all Peugeot enthusiasts to this long established club (Est. 1985!)
